Launch X431 PAD VII Elite is the pinnacle of the Launch X431 diagnostic scan tools lineup and the newest flagship product. Able to connect to all control units on nearly all European, Asian and American vehicles as well as perform advanced service functions. In addition to its wide compatibility, it features over 60 quick service functions - such as maintenance and oil change interval reset, DPF regeneration, throttle body relearn, automatic transmission adaptation relearn, basic TPMS diagnostics, battery relearn, injector coding, key fob coding and much more.

Thanks to integrated J2534 pass thru protocol support, the included SmartLink 2.0 VCI allows you to use it as a replacement VCI for virtually any OEM diagnostics suites. The SmartLink 2.0 VCI ensures high-speed wireless communication with virtually every electronic control unit in the car and supports the latest protocols and APIs, such as CAN-FD and DoIP. PAD VII Elite is not limited to cars with OBD-II connectors, it can also handle full diagnostics on older OBD-I vehicles.

PAD VII Elite offers secured access for FCA and VAG group cars with control units protected by the Security Gateway Module (SGW or SFD) without the need for a hardware bypass - this feature requires an in-app licence purchase. Heavy duty 24V vehicles are also supported, with software licence and adapter set sold separately.
