Updates are optional for Autel tools. After the update subscription, included as standard with every Autel tool purchase, lapses, you can purchase an update subscription for the next period. There is no surcharge if you let your subscription lapse for any length of time. For more information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Autel Device Update Procedure
- Select your Autel tool from the drop-down menu at the top of the page and add to cart.
- Include a vendor note with your device's serial number and complete your order.
- After we've received your payment, we will activate your purchased subscription remotely. The activation process usually takes less than 1 business day.
