BimCOM is a diagnostic software kit for BMW, MINI and others. The kit contains an intelligent diagnostic adapter with USB connection and a software suite for Windows OS. BimCOM is 100% made in EU and includes lifetime updates. If you discover any unsupported control units or a feature that does not work as expected, you can contact us or the manufacturer directly and you will receive priority customer support and a tailor-made software patch.

The supplied OBD-II cable includes two multiplexed ISO9141 K-Lines and L-Line interfaces, high-speed CAN-BUS and measured analog circuits. Supported protocols include K1, KW-71, DS-1, DS-2, KWP2000* (KWP2000-star), KWP2000, BMW-Fast, D-CAN/KWP and UDS ISO14229.

Supported Cars

BimCOM program supports ISO9141 K-Line and CAN-BUS buses and others, i.e. all vehicles equipped with OBD-II diagnostics standard (since about 1996). BMW, MINI and other brands are supported. The program is able to connect to any control unit on the ISO9141 K-Line and CAN-BUS, K1, KW-71, DS-1, DS-2, KWP2000* (KWP2000-star), KWP2000, BMW-Fast, D-CAN/KWP and UDS ISO14229 buses and display identification, read and clear stored DTCs. Supports detailed live data from most control units.

Support for new car models is continuously being developed. Based on suggestions from users, the requested features are added on a priority basis. A detailed list of all supported cars and control units can be found here.

Supported Operating Systems

Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10, 11 - 32- and 64-bit. Linux support (Wine emulation required).

Supported Languages

English, Czech, Danish, Dutch, German, Hungarian, Polish, Russian, Turkish, and limited support of Croatian.
